NSFAS Online Application Procedure 2020 – 2021 Application for the NSFAS Scheme is relatively simple and straightforward. Applicants can simply visit nsfas.org.za to apply online. Applicants can also visit any NYDA branch close to them and pick up hard copies of the application form. It should be noted that students must thoroughly fill out and provide all the necessary documents required of them. Failure to provide all the necessary documents may lead to a rejected application. Students who have already applied for and received NSFAS funding for the previous year are not to reapply. Such persons will be required to sign the Agreement Form, after which funds will be released. It should however be noted that, a student needs to maintain a progressive score of atleast 50% to remain eligible for loans. The NSFAS scheme is NOT a bursary.
